Balance Counselling is a therapy practice based in Coquitlam, British Columbia.
Balance Counselling wanted a steady flow of new local clients. I launched their Google Ads campaign in late January 2026, targeting people searching for therapy in Coquitlam and the surrounding communities.
The campaign was live from late January, but the account had no Google Analytics conversion tracking in place until late April. The client could see her calendar filling with new bookings and felt the ads were working, but without tracking there was no way to prove it or know which searches were responsible.
